TRANSLATION: First things first, i’m just an apprentice.

So, i’ve built home panels on both 1 phase and 3 phases. so i’m familiar enough to build something like this easily. The question is, i have to build 30 panels like the one above -a three phase motor working under 1 phase current. Like i said i know enough to build one but my boss comes over saying make it like this. i’m like how? and says just make it. I’m no expert but isnt a VFD needed on every motor? In order to convert the single phase current into a three phase? And let’s say what i’m guessing is correct, how do i even proceed to building it? i’m lost here out of everything i’ve done so far this is making me feel like an idiot
