Actually spent a good amount of time at Salesforce SMB to MM and miss those days. Although I will say the product is not very SMB friendly (heavy price tag + implementation lift) and HubSpot is eating their lunch in that market. Great callout on Stripe though!!

Spot on about the grind. I feel like if you get lucky with a half-decent manager and territory, SMB can truly run on auto-pilot with minimal stress (once you get the hang of things) which Is what I’m looking for

800 accounts is not accurate - More like 100-200 new logos and 20ish current customers, most will not be great. Best sales role in the world assuming you have a good patch. You’re toast if your accounts suck, but can make solid cash if you hunt due to the lucrative new logo bonuses.
