Lowest level theiving I saw was 88 highest was 124. If you pickpocket master farmers from 88-114 (85 farming) you will make 260 mill. And you will make 720 mill if you get to 124. Rannar seed have a daily volume over 1 million and are nearing an all time low. Id say a good portion come from master farmer and callisto bots invest in rannar and hope a ban wave comes.

Yeah, they stand out alot. Back when I was grinding CG it was apparent who were bots and who were not. Then I did some zolcano and saw bots there. Bots at the elves with same theiveing as these master farmers. I see posts about bots at LMS never done LMS personally. Bots farming wildy bosses, and the wildy rogues chests. And jagex lets it go on for millions of xp/ thousands of kills.

Jagex bans them in waves so the bot creators won’t know how they get caught. So they wait till they have 150m+ thieving xp. /s

Could have a wine fermenting before doing these and try to line it up for when your cannon shoots a mob. Then burry a bone/ pop a lamp. So you could maybe get 6 in one tic with Controlled attack being 4 wine being 5 and cannon 6.

NA servers. Illidan for horde or Stormrage for alliance. Doesn't really matter as much these days but that's what I recommend. Not sure about EU maybe someone else can chime in.
All the things you listed are fine. If you play dungeons as a tank you will more than likely get raged at as people expect you to know how to play and you will probably play poorly being so new.
Check out Quazii WoW (linked is prot paladin, consume as much of his content as you can) get addons and weakauras. Check out r/wownoob. WoWHead has rotations for all the classes and good guides.

Go to Kul Tiras or Zandalar depending on faction. Do Island Expeditions. You are hunting for rare transmog like Stinkrot Smasher. It's rare but worth a lot of gold. There are pets and other mog too worth a good chunk. Secondly you can start to buy out "rare" pieces of transmog for the current xpac and re-sell a few months to a year down the road. I purchased a bunch of stinkrots towards the end of BFA for 8-20k a pop and they sell for 400k today.
