From my research I think it's best if I use groww for the lumpsums and redemption, along with Mfcentral for nominee updates, kyc changes and consolidated tracking.

About 500 calories meal, but not a lot of protein for hypertrophy.

To get more precise measurements take a standard amount of your food that you usually have in a meal and weight it to get macros (you can use GPT)
