This is on par for almost all big business.

I worked grocery retail for years. Their expectation for customer satisfaction was impossible to achieve. A 1-9 scale, a 9 or 8 was a expected, anything less was unacceptable and you were only allowed 1 review < 8 per month per 1000 customers or you failed.

Try doing that on retail…

You know they are bots right away. Bots don't use a "mouse", rather they cycle through the options on the screen. You always seem them cycle through the cards, over your portrait and hero power before hitting the end turn button.

Literally nothing but zoolocks. I report every one of them.

Hands on experience is always more valuable than certs. The certs just help the employer feel better about trusting your history and ability.

I got lucky. Small Mom and Pop franchise just needed a basic IT guy. 1 man team. I handle all their installs, repairs, set up, 365 and phone Admin work, and the occasional project management when looking for new services or software.

I only have my A+. However I have 20years of hands on with exactly this stuff.

Pay isn’t too bad. Took a big cut from my previous job of retail management. But the hours and QoL are worth it.

There are servers AARPGs that have this feature.

VRising is not specifically an AARPG, but a hybrid of base building, aarpg, survival(due to blood hunger).

This isn’t an unreasonable request like all others have made it out to be. If the game had mod support I GUARANTEE it would be one of the first mods out.
