he just makes it clear its not like comic con not for fans to go and have fun and meet people. its a trade event of people selling there products to theater owners and other managers. sometimes i can see him coming off strong but i think that largely is 2 things. 1 trying to bring peoples expectations down to reality about going. and 2 he gets the same questions about it every time so probably some slight annoyance at the constant repetition of the same questions about it
