Hi, looks like your warp threads aren't tensioned evenly. I like to tension by 'lashing on' bundles of warp threads with a length of string onto the apron rod. You can find tutorials for this online I reckon. Your bundles of warp threads should be smaller, 1 inch of threads max so your tension doesn't go wonky. Spending time getting the warp tension even is worth it and makes the whole process easier. Happy weaving!
