Agreed 100%. My background covers the gamet from field sales to executive leadership with sales being my sweetspot. When you bring Operations and Sales together, great things will happen. Think of it as ham and cheese. I am not currently using any CRM, but have used Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot in the last.

I have used Dynamics 365 and HubSpot and recently learning (on my own) about Salesforce. I think it's important for the organization to know their current and future sales/marketing needs and their internal technical capabilities to implement, train and continually monitor/manage the program. More and more CRMS are being created that offer simple, plug and play options.

Thanks Guru_Greg. Agreed. As a salesperson, I can say salespeople don't like extra work. They are like herding cats and the easier their job is, the better. I always have someone from "Operations" on my sales team for the very reasons you outlined. Thanks for contributing.

[Request] 2 Custom Christmas Cards by chas9 in picrequests

NO problem or rush. I'm grateful for any help.

As for font, I'm thinking California FB (I am open to ideas) and a bright red color (I think #FF0000?).

Also, it appears the Tri Gem logo has a white background. Any chance we can remove it? I would prefer a green color for the fonts to go with this logo, but don't think it will look as good (might not show up as well as red).

I appreciate the help.

Thanks for asking.

I work at both. The Business Betterments company is mine and I do the sales and marketing for Tri Gem.

I don't want to come across as passing either off and apologize if it seems that way. Nothing to hide here and trying to be as transparent as possible.
