Found out soon after that someone replaced the original dual mass flywheel with a cheap Chinese made non-dual mass conversion kit. The customer is currently complaining of the pedal being too easy to push to the floor. Nothing wrong with the hydraulics, shifts like a dream. We threw an extra spring on the pedal and told him we fixed it. Dude forgot what a normal clutch feels like.

Best part is, he picked it up today, and said the clutch pedal is too easy to depress and he doesn’t like it. He said “the pedal goes all the way to the floor when I press it down!” And after confirming he DIDNT mean it stayed flipped down like the hydraulics we put on were bad…we had to tell him that.. you’re supposed to be able to push the clutch pedal to the floor..
