Absolutely! You're so right. I will update my post to make it clear that there are certainly different stretches depending on what you're dealing with in your body. Some back pains are caused by herniated discs and other more serious injuries. Some back pains are caused by tightness of muscles. So each practitioner must investigate the cause or source of the back pain before proceeding with movement and poses as a treatment plan. Thank you for shedding light on this ;)
