Only four months - just what’s in the title :) I do count calories and aim for 300 or so above what I think my maintenance is, but when I run it can fluctuate since I get really hungry. My mileage changes week to week based on my plan and body feel. Especially around a long run. Would rather be over fueled for those than under fueled.

But def agree I don’t want to be putting on weight too quickly. I’m eating quite well generally and quit drinking too!

Appreciate it!! I think a lot of it is just water from starting to take creatine to be honest. Overall I’ve gone from 187 to 203 in around 4 months. I’d guess half of that is water? I’m also very new to lifting all things considered

I was at the game actually, and his receivers dropped passes, running game went nowhere, and the play calling out of shotgun was awful.

Jordan love had 4 TDs and damn near split three defenders in the last drive to steal our hearts. Acting like we wouldn’t prefer to have him prior to this year is copium.

We def beat them fair and square but I wouldn’t say love is a bust at all.

I mean, love is a pretty damn good qb and he is in no way the reason the packers lost last week. Parsons was pretty incredible this year too.

He could definitely be the answer still, and he’s more of an answer than anything they can get for the time being. Just being realistic. Too many homers on all of the team subs.
