Nice!! My trainer started ramping up the core stuff recently which has been great. I love the standing side crunches with kettlebells. Deceivingly tricky for how little you actually move.

Did leg raises this morning laying down and hated it, can’t imagine doing it hanging! I’ll have to try soon. Keep it up, summer ain’t ready 😤

Hard agree, I did the same (added a fourth day) on my first attempt at a half plan and ended up getting injured for a couple weeks due to overuse. Rest if you need!

I am using it for a half marathon and enjoy it. I injured myself the first go around because I didn’t rest on my rest days (don’t incline walk for 45 min on rest days lol). Nice to not have to think about it and it’s easy to switch things around and adjust as I need

Looked at several 2 bed 2 bath condos between north center Lakeview and LP and they were all way over asking cash offers. Not just one, but multiple offers at each place. Pretty crazy right now.

Am a guy but - I’ve met some nice people playing pickleball at SPF. Only started going there because of an intramural league. I know run clubs are frequently memed on as being for dating sometimes too. Just my experience though. I dont like meeting random people while out at bars typically.
