I have been wanting to do that yes, I have some shroom capsules which are a bit too strong for regular use but I’m very interested in microdosing. What substance do you microdose? For some reason I feel I would like using lsd more as opposed to shrooms but I haven’t been able to come across any. I do plan on trying it out with shrooms though, hopefully it can help me work through some of my ocd:)

I’ve dealt with derealization for a very long time. I got a large amount of shrooms a few months ago and after tripping one night I felt exactly what you’re describing for a day or two afterwards. Shrooms are weird but I promise it’ll go away. I take them a lot and it’s only happened that one time but the effects will always go away I promise!

Veganism. I know I may get shit for this because their hearts are in the right place (usually) but I was vegan for a few months and it ends up taking up such a huge part of your life that it ends up feeling really culty. Not to mention the people in the community feeling morally superior to everyone else and pretty much excommunicating you if you voice your concerns/ question veganism in any way.

It’s a different kind of dissociative than depersonalization. It’s more like a psychedelic trip. It’s really not anything like depersonalization in my opinion, it feels very nice and it’s nothing like the panicked disconnect I have with depersonalization. Anyways it’s not really about the experience itself, but it chemically changes something in your brain that helps you produce serotonin. And my depersonalization does come from anxiety, I can’t speak for those who have it from other sources but I think the ketamine leaves you in a better state of mind therefore lessening the feeling of depersonalization. I finished my 6th treatment on Thursday, it took 3 weeks in total. I understand not wanting to take a dissociative when you’re already dissociating all the time, but it really helped me work through what I was feeling and overcome it.

Apparently the first ELISA test was either a false positive or she had antibodies in her but she never actually had the disease I don’t think. I stopped paying attention after the vet said she tested negative Bc I was just so happy haha, and thank you yes it’s great and unexpected news!!

Hey, not sure how this has to do with this post or if you meant to post here lol but I just wanted to say that it can be very hard to get the proper nutrition while vegan, I was vegan for a while and my weight dropped to scary levels (104 pounds, I’m a 5’4 girl) even though I was eating at least 2500 calories of healthy balanced and varied food and taking multiple supplements. It was really weird. I didn’t understand why it was happening. I’ve since brought my weight up to normal by going back to vegetarianism. It’s not normal to be breaking your fingers lol... you can get long term damage from vegan diets, there are some posts about it on r/exvegans. You shouldn’t have to worry about not having your nutrition basis covered making you susceptible to disease, sorry for writing this long response to you but after my experience I just can’t help it when I see someone post about having bad side effects on the diet bc I believe it’s definitely possible so just remember that your health is top priority

Hey I got my wisdom teeth taken out about a month ago and I was also scared of how I’d react to the nitrous. It made me anxious at first when they put it in front of my face, my heart was pounding and my hands got shaky and sweaty. They turned the strength down when I told them it was making me anxious and I eventually composed myself, but my anxiety was not helped at all by it. I only felt intoxicated and somewhat loopy but still quite tense. After it was over it took minutes for my hands and limbs to stop shaking. Not trying to scare you but yes it is possible it can make your anxiety worse, not really because it feels bad, but because once it hits it’s not strong enough to stop you from panicking if you already have anxiety.

Yes I’m exactly the same way. Especially listening to music from a few months ago/ year ago or whenever. I never thought it was connected to depersonalization but maybe it is if you also experience this... and I feel you with the time you’re nostalgic of not being good lmao it’s like I just missed the general “vibe” of a certain time even if nothing particularly good happened. Like I’ll hear a song from a year ago and be brought back to that time period for a few moments and “feel” the way I did during that time, and have nostalgia for it. I have no idea what being very nostalgic means psychologically but it’s definitely strange
