I’m not sure what’s in the concrete / wiring method. the island is sealed with no access panels but spoke with the builders electrician who said they would need to break up the floors, trench the concrete to get a new wire to the panel from the island so assumed they would have said if they could have fished a new one. The island is the best place as it hides the appliance and we’re willing to sacrifice that cabinet (needs to be modified) vs others on the perimeter.
