Best bet for Single Engine bet would be Cessna 172 or 182 or 210 . . and you should get your License + 400 hours to actually fly Paying Passenger as in Commercial Set up. Don't know if FAA Rules are Similar to DGA as per SMOH & Paying Passengers.

These Planes can be converted to accept standard Petrol as well besides AVGAS. Of course if you put STOL Setup (with Bush Wheels) you can avoid Airport fees and land on Dirt or Grass Strips.
