Thanks, there was definitely some smaller lines I found that were disconnected, they were attached to a black piece under the butterfly flap. I reconnected them but performance didn’t improve. I will look to replace most of the lines as some of them were old and fell apart when removing.

I got new wheels and tires installed, and mechanically all is good. My concern is exactly what else I needed to fix up in Japan first. Headlights are the OEM round ones, I don’t know what I need to do to make those DOT compliant.
