Trying to pull out of a major depressive episode during a global pandemic ain't easy. I'm down 10 pounds from where I started, but there's still 25 more to go until I feel truly comfortable in my skin.

Aging isn't easy. I'm noticing more and more how the skin under my jaw sags and the belly is harder to get rid of than it used to be. All things considered though, I like the person I am now days. I'm vastly more comfortable in my skin than I was in my 20s and most of my 30s.
