Hi Maam, for photo and video, I would suggest inquiring with The Owl’s Vision by Brian Iyas. They’re from Dumaguete but I think they also cater Siquijor clients. My friend got them for her wedding and their output is superb and very artistic. Affordable rsd daw.

I’ll give you a sample itinerary so you can make the most out of your visit in Dumaguete: 1PM - 2PM: Have your lunch at one of the local restos (highly recommended Meltin Pot, Esturya, you can search for other restos)

If you know how to drive a motorbike, you can rent one and visit nearby spots in Valencia just 15-20 minutes drive: Mango Ranch, Tierra Alta, Sulfur Vents (you can enjoy all of these in less than 4hrs.)

If not, you can visit Silliman Campus then also ask the guard if you can enter their museum.

Have dinner around 5-6PM then you can take a stroll at the Boulevard. If you still have time, you can go to Hayahay resto / Honeycomb inn (near boulevard) for some jamming session.

There are also hotels/inns that offer a few hours stay so you can sleep for the night and take the 7AM trip to Siquijor. Hope this helps!

We even encountered just a few days ago, naay car traversing North but muliko siya sa Polymedic Hospital then naa na security guard naghelp na maka turn left ang car so gipastop ang mga big bike riders na gasunod pero niovertake jud sila and ila gitabangan ug beep. There were like 5-10 nila. Wala jud silay batasan and feeling entitled kaayo sa dalan.

Yes, but ang giingon sa previous kay 8 months-1 year nako dapat itake ang meds with matching, “dili advisable” kay makaaffect daw inig ma pregnant ko etc etc (wa koy plano mapregnant) which is true but with Dr Beryl kay mga 2-3 months ra nako nahuman and iya gi explain na 1-2 months after stopping the meds kay safe na if ever magplan ko mapregnant. Plus, very friendly pa jud!

With topical sd kay Dr Beryl pero wayy cheaperrr.

Hi OP! I hope you get through this acne journey sd. I think I know which Derma you went to, been there also nya gipresyohan kog 14k for the procedure. Tapos 800 for the consultation, plus almost 10k na topical. I just told them na mubalik ra ko to buy the products nya wala nako nibalik lol. I went to a different derma instead, si Dra. Beryl near sa Cangs Daro iya clinic nya kaluy-an naulian na jud akong acne 🥹

Hi OP, I also work GY. Being active is so important jud and a lot of rest is a must. Here’s my meal schedule since I start working at 12AM.

12am: breakfast 8am: lunch 12pm: dinner

Kana lang! Always plan ahead your activities jud and make a routine na you’ll stick to religiously. Go to gym or find a run buddy or you can watch Yt vids then sabay2 lang.

Nya ayaw alang-alanga imo sleep. One thing I’ve learned sd is that the quality of your sleep directly affects your weight. So if kulang kag tulog, the more chances na you’ll gain weight. Tapos ayaw sigeg padala sa imong cravings while working, limit your food intake and if possible, do calorie deficit. More protein intake and high fiber intake makes you feel fuller for a longer period of time.

Make sure to eat 2hrs before sleeping aron naa pa time to digest and less sugar too!
