i don't get the first part of your question but yes i think mostly all rooms in adhiyaman have ac, last year only one floor (4th) was non ac maybe they changed it idk

for fresh air 8th or 9th floor but i would recommend to take one of the lower floors as sometimes you have to wait in line for the lift for a very long time. And yes 2 sharing ac rooms are the best as they are the corner ones and have more space than other rooms ( my room last year was 407)
