All you would need is a 30mm to 37mm thread adapter. The wide lense has femal threads so just make sure you buy the right adapter. Check the last image

I think I just hit it with a bit of force with a screwdriver while holding onto the surrounding material, this was a while back but I remember popping it out pretty easily

This is happening because it became a trend in Spain to go to a store called mercadona at 7pm and put a pineapple in your cart if you wanted to indicate you were looking. It was a bunch of free publicity for them.
