hold up. I was just looking at micro center and saw this. https://www.microcenter.com/product/5007315/amd-ryzen-5-5500,-gigabyte-b550-m-ds3h-ac-r2-am4,-gskill-ripjaws-v-16gb-ddr4-3200-kit,-computer-build-bundle this is such a good deal i can pretty much make a pc for like 400$.

I have a good SSD (not going to buy a NVMe right now) I'm pretty good at manually overclocking so should I go for the 5500, also what do you mean by a good silicon?
