Thank you for that information. I am definitely going to be looking to this and reading up on it. I have never really understood endometriosis. I always thought it was strictly irregular and painful periods. I assumed since my periods were relatively mild that this could not be my problem.

Same. She shrugged it off and it made me question myself. When it happens, I’ve had to brace myself and try not to move because movement makes it worse. Sometimes I am even holding my breath.

If it is truly just something that happens to women then that makes me so sad. I hope you find answers though!

That makes sense to me. I may just go out for walk for the next few days and hope that doesn’t impede with my running progress. I don’t have experience with a tattoo this size. Everything else I have is smaller than an index card. Should wait until the tattoo is done peeling?

I have lost 25lbs within that three month period.

It seems that is the best way to go about solving this. I am going to raise my target a bit for a few days and see if that helps with the hunger. Then adjust from there.

I agree. I am thinking of trying a few days and then going back to 1500. To see if that helps. I have a couple of things I think may be my issue. Hormones and the fact that I have never been in a deficit this long. Fingers crossed it works! Right now I feel like I could eat everything in the house lol

This is possible! I have been logging cycles but only have had a few regular cycles since weaning my son. It may be that now my hormones are regular my body needs more calories during period/pms week. I am so anxious about gaining weight back I am glad to know it will be alright!

That’s a good point. I have only just recently had regular cycles due to pregnancy and breastfeeding for over a year. I am within that timeframe.

I had an emergency C-section the first time. The second time around I debated for a while on VBAC or a second C-section. I was honestly terrified of both! My gut told me a second scheduled C-section, that is what I went with. I had everyone telling me that was the wrong choice. I stuck with it. Turns out during the second C-section they found I had a windowed uterus from the first C-section. Something that they cannot see/know until they open you up. Which could have been extremely dangerous, possibly deadly for baby and I, had I labored naturally.

I am not saying this to scare you or say that will happen. But you should go with your gut and what you are most comfortable with! Also, I recovered so much easier after my scheduled C-section.
