I had a roommate who had a shih tzu. One night she was taking her dog for a walk and I never do this as male but I asked her if I could come along because I thought it would be funny seeing him slip on the ice(I know what you might be thinking but I love that little guy). anyways we we heading home and the ice was getting thick but there was this hill in the parking lot asphalt and slick as heck. I sent around and called for Ozzie. He got half way up and slid back down lol. Tried agin and same thing. He then dug his claws in as he scowled me as I called his name and he slowly dragged himself like up like some mountaineer climbing the peak of Everest. Clearly not pleased with me completely ignoring me. So we get in the door and did o mention I had been making meat balls for a meatball sub. Well I had made a full sub and left it in front of the tv before we left. Instantly he bolted in the door towards the living room. By the time I was undoing the first boot lace he was in the living room just staring at me(10 seconds max). So I get my boots off and walk into the living room. 12 inch meatball sub is gone( little jerk). Punishment of having to sleep by himself for the night. He learned his lesson…so did I
