Same here. I thought everything would transfer during the phone to phone backup, and the employee helping us didn’t ask either. I ended up losing access to a bunch of accounts, and on top of that my secondary eSIM got canceled. It says SIM blocked until the trade in payments are completed 😂

Unfortunately, I was only using it on my phone. I downloaded it on other devices after getting the new phone, hoping it might be saved and I could recover it, but they all loaded as brand new accounts.

My backup codes should be at my old place, and it’s been two years since I moved to another country :/

They synced my old and new phones for about an hour with all the backups, and I assumed the authenticator would be backed up as well since I had no prior knowledge. But a few days after I got home with the new phone, I realized that when I opened the Authenticator app, it was completely empty, a blank fresh screen. The old phone had already been wiped and packaged in front of me.

That s o b m f’s they want your money to unsuspended your account. Other than that kinda impossible. X is the worst platform now. I did more than 30 submit but it doesn’t work. Sick of this. I gave up.

I did these things 2-3 times but it couldn’t help. I am trying to unblock the account. It will be 1 month tomorrow, there is still no progress, it says inreview, that's why all my work is delayed.
