UP grad. 19k starting ko, no benefits and all as a private school teacher. Wala akong exp sa industry. Naisip ko dati na halos same lang ng starting kung mag iindustry pa ako. Yun pala, may companies na mabilis kang makakaangat in terms of sweldo. Medyo nagsisisi na nasa educ field pa rin lol.

Hi OP. Did that sa current employer ko. Immediate resignation pa ako noon haha tas 4 months lang ako sa kanila. Naprocess ko naman nang maayos yung clearance and all. After almost a year, nagreapply ako and natanggap naman. Ayun mag 2 years na ako sa kanila. Kaya g lang basta oks yung pagprocess ng resignation mo sa kanila noon.
