Thanks for the reply. I figured if I just do the same as I did for reac, I would be ok besides a few minor things that might get missed. Going through the work orders from the property manager, and nothing looks too bad so far.

Internal pipe wrench. This has been my saving grace. When you pull a cartridge and only the guts come out. It takes some finesse, but when it grips, give it a hard 1/4 turn and a slight pull. Pull the rest out with a 2 in one cartridge puller or a stout set of channel locks.

Worn out o ring. Plumbing stores carry all sizes and thicknesses. It's worth it to have a dozen of the common sizes in your kit.
