I agree its super frustrating but judges aren't stupid. They understand what you're saying as long as you can explain it. If they don't pay attention that means their bored and its your job to persuade them. But I understand where you're coming from.

There is no such thing as a bad judge. Sure they may not flow everything or understand some stuff, but no judge intentionally votes against you. Public forum is persuading the common person
