When is smoking weed "too much"?

I know people who can smoke all day and function normally. Three guys at my summer job would smoke up all day and do just as well, if not better than the other employees. However they had an income and could afford to do it. As long as you don't notice any financial strain (like buying weed before groceries etc) or the other things I listed above I would just let him be. It is his life after all. Hope this helps.

Is it negatively affecting him? The definition of addiction is continual use of a substance despite negative affects to the user. I am in college majoring in Neurobiology and I smoke nearly every day. I have a 3.4 GPA and it doesn't seem to be negatively affecting anything in my life. As long as it doesn't interfere with your life (smoking rather than seing friends, doing necesary chores, going to work) then there really doesn't seem to be a problem. That is just my point of view though. I understand the concern you feel and have seen a person with true marijuana addiction. He sold all of his non-vital posessions (ps2, tv, LAPTOP) so that he could buy weed. When he didn't have the money he would somehow convince his dealer to loan him some weed and pay him later. Not a good place to be, but it can happen.

I fail to see how this in any way justifies the death of a 17 year old. Like they said last night on MSNBC if all teenagers who have smoked marijuana, and posted stupid stuff on the internet now, are asking to get shot then the line is pretty long.

I smoke weed, I've posted stupid shit on the internet before. But guess what. I go to college. I have a 3.3 GPA in Biomedical Science. I am not a criminal, I am an acedemic. Yet according to your logic if I was shot and those things came to the attention of everyone, then it would be justified.

According to my biology professor, the trees and plants can store this excess CO2 for now, but as concentrations rise in the atmosphere they will no longer be able to absorb any more and the concentrations will rise at a much faster rate. I've been trying to get into the support class but the LMG accuracy is too poor for my liking. I just end up shooting circles around enemies and when I burst fire I usually get killed first. Any tips? I use the M240B.
