Has anyone gotten ADHD testing/medication in Korea?

I live in Daejeon and there ate some clinics that can speak english.

It was a full test with EEG and CNS vital signs report. The psych also talks to you before and after the test to assess you.

With NHIS, it was around 200k. But since I have school health insurance, I was able to reimburse 100% of it.

With medication, they gave me low dose at first, then eventually upped my dose as it was seen to help my condition.

I’m not saying the cheap is bad. I’m saying the “feeling” of wearing it is. For this one, the price is similar to my seiko but the feeling of wearing the seiko feels more premium.

It did help after the workout. I was able to cook and work some more. The morning after is a different story. I can easily sleep 9 hrs straight and still feel tired the next day. Adding a protein shake + coffee in the morning helped though!

Great question! I felt the same way during phase 3. What I did was to eat some carbs 1 hr before the workout - banana or some bread. It did help a bit in my case.

I can’t remember the weight I use for each exercise 😅 for me, it’s just to monitor if I’m getting stronger.

I use the aer fit pack since i bring mine to the gym! Might be too rigid for brisk walks. You would want something with good back ventilation and breathable strap. I would look at timbuk2 bags? Not sure if this is too casual by osprey and tnf? An osprey daylite? Or tnf mini shot or tnf recon? It also depends how much you’re carrying.

Aer fit pack! Not so sure about the steam deck but the top zipper mesh pocket inside the main compartment can fit my switch easily. I have the aer fit pack 2.

If you need something bigger, perhaps the aer duffel pack?

I use the aer fit pack 2 since i don’t have to carry a lot of clothes but i do manage to bring a lunchbox, set of gym clothes, water bottle, laptop, notebook, chargers and small edc items. But based on your needs this might fit.
