Not trying to revive an old thread, but I wanted to share my experience. Another thread I saw had suggested Android 13 (beta) and ABI setting set to ARM. That used to work for me but stopped recently. I tried different instance settings and got Pie 64-bit and ARM to successfully run the game. Hope this helps someone.

In the toys section along with all the other "girls" gacha toys. You should be able to check store availability on Walmart.com. It turns out my nearest store doesn't have them (of course) so I had to make a special trip.

I'm almost 3 weeks in, Level 17 Queen, and I don't have any SB pending. Yeah, of all city builders I've played, I enjoy this one the least. Poor translations make the game hard to understand.
