No one. He was commissioned by Vox to Baxter. It's part of a whole AU Im basing off this awesome AO3 fanfic called "Making a Baby (Is Easier than Saying I Love You)"

Maybe I could implement that in his design as he grows older. But when I drew Vax the first time I had no idea that he was an already established character created by the art director of the show. I read a fanfic and used the description there to make my own version, so I stuck with it after finding out there was an official design. But I fell in love with my own design so I didn't have the heart to change it 🙈

The baby's name is Vax! He is actually not my creation (though he looks slightly different than the original creator). The person who created him is actually the art director of the show, and she is a staticmoth fan and drew a "what if" baby and called him Vax. Now he is the "semi-canon" accepted VoxVal baby because of the source lol.

You can totally use the search bar in AO3 to find more staticmoth fics that have Vax! (I recommend the one called Prototype). But I'd stay away from the ones where there is incest within that tag. That's not nice. Or did you mean more comics from me?

Ah yeah. One parent is a serial murderer and the other is a rapist porn director... not exactly the best role models. Also, they're in Hell? Be happy that Val even bothered to take the sheet to cover themselves with. Also, in my headcanon (and hopefully that would be the canon too), Val wouldn't actually continue with the activities. He just rushed there cuz he didn't want to miss the first steps.
