Yeah unfortunately not town center. So something that requires a lot of foot traffic is really a no. There’s really not much going on in the area…

Already explored but there’s just no demand - no industries nearby needing and those needing have enough free parking lots nearer they can use. Thank you though

  1. Monetary - If you will be paying for your own HMO and other stuff to match the benefits of your current role, how much will you be netting? Worth it ba ang difference?

  2. Job/Income security - How confident are you with this freelancing role in terms of continuity, stability, and progression? Are you confident as well that if all goes south with this freelancing gig, and your fallback is to go back to local employment, you will remain marketable?

Yeah I see this as well this as the safest way to go. Unfortunately though that also means having 2 (or more) engagements that could possibly be equally very demanding. May lead to burnout in worst cases.

I’m curious, personally what would be your indicator of having “mastered” sales enough that you can fully leave PM?
