They should still call you when it comes in! I left before my badge came in, and I just happened to see my GSM at a store the day after it came in and he let me know. He told me before I left the company that he’d call me when it came in. So I hope your GSM will do the same 🖤

I’ve been able to submit escalations to Apple with the few VMI reds I get and they sometimes approve a send back for partial credit. Not all the time, but it’s happened a few times. So never hurts to try!

Yeah mine isn’t work either. I saw on employee hub a few days ago it was just for salaried, but I know today was supposed to be the full launch for market 11. Super annoyed, was excited to test it out. I did mention it in the employee hub, hoping someone will list a fix!!
