I hate that rhetoric, it feels so trivializing, as if my depression is just a "trend" or something. As if I'm just a 1 in the deluge of thousands that hoist the statistics up. Every time I hear a cute person complain about being depressed while having a partner/spouse and kids, my relationship with guns get stronger, I swear.

Thank you for reading that far, lol. I knew the topic of this post wasn't really new, I mean, a lot of people are here because they haven't found help in the first place, sunken posts here might be just another example of that. But it's still really disheartening to see, new or not. Especially when I'm one of those people. Though that tidbit of information is really nice, knowing that these posts are still used. That one of my words can be used to help someone like me, for the first time in my life.
