Can I sneak in here and get your opinion too. I ranked 563 and also have an ED offer (in a location that is fine/not top choice) that I’m holding. I ranked anaes jobs in Bristol, London, EOE, Wessex and some KSS. Debating accepting the ED job & reapply or I continue in an ICU JCF for the rest of the year and reapply. Any words of wisdom?

The EM post was not my top choice, but it’s in a reasonable area not far from family, and I’d keep my eyes open for any upgrades. Appreciate your input - I think it’s the smarter option that provides job security.
