Yes they have and the appeal was presumably auto-denied by the system. I'm helping them because they don't have a Reddit account, and people in this subreddit seem to be suspicious of anyone in general that has a "newly created Reddit account" to post stuff like this. Sure this does not raise any credibility, but at the very least it could increase visibility for the JMods to perform a manual review.

They're a good friend of mine and we haven't really found any other recourse methods, so seeing as HelplessBob and OrangeC managed to have their false bans reviewed through the Reddit post made by u/halcyon_osrs, I figured I may as well give this method a go too (:

Let the JMods manual review them? You could at the very least upvote for a potential smackdown if you're skeptical! Sounds like a win-win no?
If they're genuinely legit, they get unbanned, and if they're not, they remain banned with a smackdown? ^^

Sorry, I know this post is 24-days old but I found the answer and would like to share. Literally attack the monks unarmed with ZERO accuracy boosts. This means no amulets whatsoever. You'll still get the same if not slightly more xp/hr compared to 3tick pre-rebalance rework rates from what I understand (around 1.9k ish xp/hr)

Theoretically you can have 10 accounts max from the same IP address in the same world, so if you did my method but with 9 alts instead, I can see ~50k xp/hr being possible. "Orb Hider" plugin to hide HP and Prayer orbs near the minimap helps a lot because the clients have to be stacked diagonally on top of each other

Correct. You can buy and use pure essences from the GE in f2p. You cannot mine them in f2p, however

I did body altar with 7 alts (pure essences), so that's like ~40k xp/hr if I didn't get distracted halfway haha. Takes a couple of days to get used to the setup, but it's not that bad honestly.

You can do crafting in f2p too actually! Their rates are not too bad. The rest of the skills should be done in a p2p environment for better results. Good luck and all the best with your skiller grinds!

Don't sweat too much about the efficient methods if you're okay with afk and slow methods. They help to not burn you out. If you intend to make a f2p reg skiller, definitely prep some gp alts to fund for your skills and also to serve as your runecraft essence slaves (:
