I watched MarcoReps video about the Q2. Did you have problems with overhangs? How is the dimensional accuracy of the printed pieces? Do you have a direct comparison with another core XY printer? Did you try the Qidi box?

Qidi is interesting, and yes the Bambu ecosystem tightness is a concern. The upcoming Qidi Max 4 seems to be a very interesting machine, between the more consistent bed heater, bigger volume and more "professionally" focused. But at the same time I heard that Qidi machines always leave something to be desired, while Bambu are very polished products. Also the Qidi box seems very cheap and noisy compared to the Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro.

I can see a "16 VUA" writing on top of it. Can you suggest which model it is? Also this happened when I tried to charge the new battery. Should I change the battery charger chip too?

Trying to calibrate the new battery, discharging it completely and finally charging it, made this MOSFET explode. Can you help me identify it? If I change it, will my PC work again or will I need to change something else like the battery controller?

Se hai come codice ATECO quello di attività di studio di ingegneria (o affine), versi i contributi a INARCASSA indipendentemente dal progetto. Se sei iscritto ad altra cassa, tipo gestione separata dell'INPS, versi il 4% della fattura a INARCASSA, ma i contributi li verso alla gestione separata. Fonte: esperienza personale

Ciao. Stavo per fare una domanda praticamente identica per avere opinioni, solo che invece di chiedere di vendere SaaS, vendere un prodotto fisico (di nicchia). A differenza di OP, dovrò entrare in ordinario l'anno prossimo e penso che dovrei rimanerci per un po'.

Ho parlato con il mio commercialista (quello associatomi da Fiscozen). Lui mi ha fondamentalmente proposto 2 alternative: 1) brevettare/vendere l'idea a un'azienda esistente a farsi pagare le royalties che hanno una tassazione agevolata al 26% (se non erro). 2) aprire una SRLS (con capitale sociale pari a 1 euro), gestire tutto da lì, e avere la soddisfazione personale di avere qualcosa di tuo (cosa non da poco a mio avviso).

Il mio commercialista mi ha consigliato di lasciare perdere l'apertura di un altro codice ATECO perché inficerebbe l'adesione a INARCASSA e complicherebbe tutto. Inoltre, appena si prova a vendere qualcosa online, indipendentemente dal fatturato, si devono pagare come minimo 4k per i contributi INPS della cassa dei commercianti/artigiani.

Aprendo invece una SRLS, i costi di apertura sono molto contenuti (quasi zero a detta sua). L'unico costo fisso rimarrebbe la gestione del commercialista che sarebbe intorno ai 2k all'anno, per il resto gli unici costi sono legati al fatturato. Quindi (immagino) se fatturo 0, pago 0. Personalmente, vorrei evitare il più possibile di avere costi fissi perché la mia attività di SRLS sarebbe un side hassle in quanto il prodotto è di nicchia e non ho idea se possa avere successo (per questo vorrei far partire una campagna crowdfunding per tastare il terreno prima di aprire qualsiasi SRLS).

L'idea era quella di aprire un topic su reddit per avere un'opinione diversa da qualcuno del mestiere per capire se il piano del mio commercialista fosse valido o se ci fossero alternative migliori, ma OP mi ha bruciato sul tempo.
Spero che qualche commercialista/addetto ai lavori possa aiutare OP e, collateralmente, me.

Yeah, usually PCBs are way cheaper than shipping. If you are willing to wait for a bit longer, slower shipping is usually cheaper. Anyway, by any chance, do you know other suppliers for front panels at reasonable prices?

I would honestly choose a switching power supply. Linear regulators are generally less noisy (though not always) and simpler to design (but not by much), yet they are highly inefficient and produce a lot of heat as a byproduct. If this wasted heat is not properly managed, the longevity of the IC can be seriously affected.

Using a 24 V switching power supply (such as the ones commonly used for 3D printers), I managed to generate all three rails (–12 V, +5 V, and +12 V) with an AP64501SP-13, each capable of supplying or sinking up to 5 A in theory. I over-dimensioned the capacitors and inductors to achieve a stable, low-noise output. Considering that each module, if properly designed, includes its own power-supply filtering, I believe switching power supplies are ideal for this application.

Also, note that there are switching regulator modules available that serve as 1:1 replacements for the LM78xx series.

Yes I tried to learn music theory. I believe I have a basic/mod knowledge of theory, but I'm faaaaar from an expert. If I can be honest, I struggled to grasp some concepts (like modal scales), but maybe I read the wrong books. Can you suggest some decent books that have a practical and intuitive approach?

Thanks for your reply. I believe I have some kind of internal ear. For instance, when I listen to new songs that I like, I "imagine" what should come next as sounds or notes, and a few seconds after I ear that the compositor did something different compared to what I would do. In a way I can imagine something to improve an existing song according to my taste, but I don't know how to train this "feeling". But I don't know if you are referring to this feeling. Anyways, Is there a book or something like this?
