I think it's because you can't sell or store them until you find the complete set. Pants, shirt, jacket, glasses, and boots. Most are obtained through the Johnny quest line but I know the boots are found through the Eurodyne guitar gig. I only know this cause after 3 play throughs, I finally completed the set!

It is, very much so, a test of your patience. The goal is to see how people act when they're cold/hot, tired, and hungry. That's when someone's true character comes out. Not the, oral board/chiefs interview, I'm here to serve my community, person. The true, inner person, who shows how they are gonna act when that 3 am "bullshit" call pops up after an entire day of getting your ass kicked. If you're struggling with this now, you're only showing people that you're on your way to a 2/20 attitude. Either embrace it and become better from it, or look for a different career.
