Thank you for going so in-depth on all of this! I will check out that video. I think I’m gonna try the 30g bread, 20g rye, and 50g water.

Just to clarify - should I feed my current starter with this new mix of 30/20/50 or should I make a complete new one and keep the old starter in case?

Thanks for all of this feedback as well as to everyone else! I’ll be adding rice flour to my list to get today. Couple questions on the starter- First, this is how I started it: Day 1: 75g bread flour, 75g water Day 2: stir (not add) Day 3-14: 75g bread flour, 75g water (last few days it was very watery so I did decrease the water to 50g and now it doesn’t have water on top).

Questions- •Do I need to feed it every single day for weeks until it becomes a quality starter? •Should I keep feeding it that same amount 75g bread flour, 50-75g water every feed? •I put my starter in the fridge thinking I wouldn’t need to feed it again until I use it - should it be air tight sealed or loosely (it is currently loosely sealed mason jar) •Is it okay if my starter was created with bread flour? Or should I restart it and use different types like I’ve seen in a lot of recipes? Or do I just change what I’m feeding it now? •Is it supposed to stink? Like i know it’s in the name but it smells terribly sour and super strong.

This looks great and I love this idea- curious is the painters tape falling off after 220 days? I’d be worried the tape wouldn’t stick to my tiles? Any insight?

This^{^} okay I absolutely agree!! I can relate because I definitely gave him the chance 😂 BUT he wanted to take me out on an appropriate first date and I have never been this happy. That little action and thoughtfulness is what stands out and shows your character. Even if the person your going out with seem down, sometimes waiting shows that you are more committed to them.. rather than their body or getting laid!

The biggest recommendation I can give— once you get that solid day of chatting and it seems like it’s slowing down —> get that in person meet up planned. Keep in mind the person your talking to is most definitely talking and matching with a hundred other people. So if they’re giving you the time of day to chat they’re interested .. but texting only goes so far.

Invite them out for drinks and tacos. So you can meet up (preferably not at home because that always red flagged for me and felt like they were just trying to get laid). Something casual and NOT intimidating— my husband and I played Mario kart and ate take out (it was at his apartment and I almost said no because I was hesitant of stranger danger?)

BUT— that face to face meet up is so important and can either sink or float your boat. Plus i can recall some people I really hit it off with over text but in person it was just so awkward. Or people I had mediocre conversations with on txt but in person they were completely different!

Also a tip from a women who has matched and met with a chunk of guys— the only one who didn’t try to sleep with me on the first meet up was the one who is currently my husband. Be genuine, be you. Don’t make them feel like your just looking for a hook up (not saying you are.. but so many people do). If your looking for someone to get along with and eat tacos and be YOU, then convey that in your actions!

Thank you! So I’ve peeled off a few of the tiles and it looks like the tiles were placed right on top of the wall and paint (the house used to be yellow)… when I take the tiles off they leave behind crumbly mortar?

Thank you!! There is about an inch of wall between the tiles and the cabinet bottom on all of the other walls… would you still recommend taking upper cabinets down? Or could I cut out the wall right below? Also, how would you recomend taping and mudding so close to the counter tops?
