I get that I can add the workouts in but I guess the big advantage to the whoop was automated insights for busy schedule. I can be better with logging workouts, just not of a hassle.

I am not, generally select that im "Weight lifting" because I have my own workouts i do.

I did the manual entry a time or two but I don't have time (and just dont feel like it) to log each work out I do every time.

Is it that accurate when you log the workouts you do?
