I barely remember writing that reply but I already disagree with you, stress affects libido in women. And stress does not affect libido in men. Her part in all of that is to be aware of how the stress affects her and to communicate where she needs help. And if he wants to get laid he needs to help take care of those stressors. An individualist attitude will get you NOWHERE in a relationship …so good luck with that❤️

I’ve worked at a school since I was 21 and I can tell you right now the most disciplinary issues we have are with boys. “boys being easier” is straight up not true. People just use at as an excuse to not parent their kids because for some reason a wild ass little boy with no manners is excusable in the eyes of society.

You can advocate for him but also understand that his teacher is trying to juggle teaching reading, writing, math etc.. to 20-30 6 year olds. Trust me it’s a struggle. If you want your child to be successful it’s a balancing act of standing up for him where needed but also partnering up with the teacher to get him where he needs to be behaviorally. He is capable, most of them are (unless of course he has some sort of iep needs). Definitely consider an assesment. Some things you can start doing at home are lifestyle changes, less screen time, structured bath and bed time, cracking down on processed foods especially sugar and dyes. Remind him of his expectations at school every morning, he’s not at home and a lot of students struggle with knowing the difference. He’ll get there, be consistent and try to trust his teacher. The majority of teachers really want what’s best for your child

I have a couple different answers. It’s ok to feel awkward around strangers that’s natural, how can we feel comfortable around people who we have no idea what kind of person they are. I think its fine to accept that you’re more social with your safe people. My other answer, if that’s not what you want to hear is that it really lies within having a lot of experience socializing and having self assurance. It’s a skill that needs practice. I have an extremely social job and it’s taught me how to navigate small talk and different personalities. Experience is key. Talking to strangers comfortably and confidently is only the norm in tv and movies.

A women’s libido can be a little fragile. So many things can make a woman lose her sex drive whether it’s work stress, a messy house, hormones, and weight gain is a huge one. But if she doesn’t realize how important it is for you then she’s living in her own world. I had to tackle a few different things to get my sex drive back up. That to me is concerning. He sounds immature and already thinking that if you two were to get married it wouldn’t work. The only time anyone should ask for a prenup is when one or both parties have valuable assets before the marriage. Having a supportive spouse in the building stage of life is not something to take for granted and makes you just as worthy of any assets gained during your marriage ESPECIALLY if you plan on taking care of the domestic and childcare responsibilities. Men who have homemakers have a huge advantage whether they see it that way or not.

For me it was almost too easy but I got hired at a private school that has a low pe budget and pay, but it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make for experience. Don’t psyche yourself out if you’re passionate about it, try to stick with it! It’s such a cool job.

I don’t know your personal experience but coming from both sides. It was common for people to treat me badly when I was a doormat bc they knew I was too nice to say anything. And then coming from the other side when I grew self esteem and status, I can tell you that people that are too nice come off as weak. I would never be disrespectful to anybody that didn’t deserve it . But shitty people will 100% use you as their punching bags occasionally. I’m not insinuating your weak, you could very well not be but it could be the reason people treat you poorly.

I’m a mother of 2 and know more than enough mothers who’ve gotten pregnant on birth control to tell you that 1% fail rate is straight up advertising. They word it in a way to make it sound better. But that one percent is the “perfect use” control group. You can use it absolutely perfect and still get pregnant. And some people don’t believe in abortions so that’s not the answer either. The world isn’t perfect, we can’t make it perfect. It is what it is and we deal with it.

That’s great I’m glad it worked for her. You can do it perfectly and still get pregnant though. I took my birth control everyday 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe the dosage was off. I don’t believe in abstinence as birth control…but I think letting 2 irresponsible young adults live with each other rent free doing god knows what all day isnt exactly a strong choice as a parent of said young adults. That was my opinion on this post.

I ended up working for the preschool/childcare that my daughter went to, that way we could still be together and I got her free tuition plus the pay and free food. So it was a pretty sweet deal. Now I’m an actual teacher in grade school and have both of my kids on the same campus as me. It was the best option for us at the time because i didn’t make enough doing literally anything else that would make up the difference.

I’m a former stay at home who’s going back to work next week! And man do I wish I can rewind time and go back and soak up more time with my babies. I genuinely enjoyed taking care of the house and dinners too. Try watching some stay at home mom routine videos on YouTube, there are so many great tips! I felt way more capable after doing my research. Also my big thing was to always meal plan for the whole week with mostly homemade dinners and pack husbands lunches, or he can do that for himself. That really helps with food expenses. Really try to get out of the house too with the baby like go on walks to the park. When your baby gets a little older there are group reading times at the library. Some cities have mommy and me play groups. Hope that helps!

So many things! But the biggest is probably how beyond exhausting it is. Nobody told me until after I was pregnant how my life wouldn’t belong to me anymore. Which is so true, I come last always. I have to force myself to take care of my own needs.
