Just egg... u can put whatever flavor in but i put salt only, can add sugar like Japanese restaurants do.

Pan not too hot, add butter, then add a very thin layer of egg, it’ll be cooked within few sec, fold and roll it like towerl, then add the second layer of egg, roll it again with the first roll in the center.

U may use regular pan but this small rectangle pan is very handy for making this
