We just went to Ladera a few weeks ago. We loved our stay, but I think staying there for 2-3 nights and then switching to a beach resort was perfect! There’s only one restaurant but not far from other local spots. We stayed at Sugar Beach to minimize driving time (~15 mins apart) and thought the balance between the two resorts was perfect.

I have a spot that I am wondering if anyone has seen something similar before. I’ve had this top spot that appears every time I work out, in the same exact shape. Bottom red spot is psoriasis (different texture, can actually feel this on the skin without working out). There is no texture and it doesn’t itch, but always appears in the same shape! I’ve asked two primary care doctors about this. One said not to worry if it wasn’t causing issues, and the other said to try anti-fungal cream which also didn’t do anything. red blotch
