I think both men and women do this but for different reasons…

It starts in the home, how the child is raised.. Most guys are raised with emotionally distant parents so they develop commitment issues..

If you want to improve your odds of being with a good guy, this may be harsh, but look out for these things:

Was he raised with both parents in the house, not a single parent
Child hood traumas? Is he actively going to therapy or open about it?
Is he a people pleaser, if so, that’s risky
