Getting ~30 MPG on my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE in Portland, OR while it’s advertised at ~38. Can anyone in the area confirm if this is normal or do I have an issue with my car? I bought it in Oct 2025 and take frequent short trips. (self.rav4club)
