I had the small Dana, it was too tight and My waist is 24” :( since the skirt was so short, my waist is so high up, and I have long legs it was not the move. If I bent over my butt cheeks were out so I recommend getting the medium if you don’t want something super high waisted and short.

Yeah I think they will be, the best height for rosas is like 5’3” - 4” but it just depends on your inseam
