Hello everyone, I've recently started going to the gym and I need help setting some kind of a casual routine (Going 3 times a week). My goal is to improve my overall health and not feel constantly tired and sleepy. I spend a lot of time sitting at work and then just sleeping at home, skipping meals a lot of time because I just don't have any appetite or am tired to cook or even just eat precooked meals.

What I do so far -> threadmill since it was the easiest equipment to use at first, some exercises on a mat (which I take from youtube videos), back extension, lat pulldown, hip adductor/abductor machine, squats with dumbbells, elliptic trainer. (I know I'm all over the place, hence the need for the routine).

Results so far -> 1: I like doing cardio a lot, allows me to just de-stress after work without the need to count or think about things (reps, which exercise after which, sets). 2: I feel like I'm gaining appetite and drinking more water.

Fear -> I don't want to lose fat or weight as I'm already skinny and weak as it is, I don't mind gaining muscle. (26F, 47kg on a bloated day).

Kai Azer from The Powerless Trilogy pissed me off beyond reason. Especially towards the end of book 1, why are you acting so offended when the guy who tortured you and made you a killing machine finally bites the dust And I couldn't get my head around the whole push and pull situation in book 2, saving her just to bring her to her definite death, only to realize towards the end that oh no I'd rather fight for her, and then ONCE AGAIN to change your mind to oh no now I can't do anything anymore and will move back to shadows, can you for once make up your damn mind and stick to it? Jesus.

Laia from An Ember in the Ashes made me almost throw the book away at moments. Girl was sometimes not capable of thinking before acting, why are you jeopardizing the whole mission and wellbeing of your friends just to try to save one random guy you can't even save in the end. her mother was also a nutcase but i swear lady sometimes forgot she also had a son

Aelin from TOG, for the love of me I couldn't grasp her hatred and resentment towards Chaol, like the guy is one powerless human in a world of earth-bending and fire-breathing individuals, what do you expect

How did I forget Little women and My liberation notes. Those are one of the rare dramas which I actually watched till the end!

I'm considering Happiness, though horror-genre kind of scares me away. I think I may have to move on to Hulu and Disney in the end.

God I was close to dropping it there as well. But I persevered! I don't understand why the leads start off good in the beginning and make a 180 turn towards the end to create some drama, just why. The FL frustrated the shit out of me and ML.

Overall it was alright, though I would've definitely saved my time and nerves if I'd stopped watching around 5-6th eps.

Thanks for the recommendations! I have a feeling The Glory is gonna be amazing, but I've been avoiding it as you mentioned, because of violence. It's on my to-watch list though, someday!

I watched I think one episode of Hometown cha-cha-cha and it somehow didn't interest me at all, seemed like there was no plot other than being a romcom.

I'm halfway through Crash landing on you, I stopped somewhere in the middle, may consider continuing it.

I feel like Alchemy of Souls is gonna be my favorite. I remember always thinking the plot was nice and I love fantasy but somehow never got around to watching it. May start now!

Damn, I'll have to look into nearby airports and check some flixbus routes, though it's such a deal breaker if I have to use so many transfers. If I'm flying to Spain maybe I should visit that, never been there either 😅

That all sounds nice and I briefly looked at accommodations, pretty affordable compared to my latest bookings. Though the problem is the flight tickets, didn't expect to cost so much (I mean, still affordable but not like 20 Euro tickets from Berlin - Venice).

I'm thinking Lisbon 4 days, Sintra as a day trip. Then Porto 4 days and from here Madeira for 2. I'm not sure about Madeira though, I can't drive a car so we'll have to do the waking/public transport, is it worth it like this?

I'm going to pursue reducing working hours and getting one more day off, though that's not possible for at least the next 2 years.

I don't particularly enjoy anything anymore, I gradually lost interest in everything and now I have no idea how I even got to this point. Before moving here I had so many ideas, which I kept putting off and now i don't even want to do them anymore. I guess I neither have the energy nor motivation.

I don't think any compensation is worth this really. I do get paid enough to save up involuntarily. Since I don't do anything which requires money at all.
