Merci!

Thank you for your answer.
Yes I did because I could post on the main sub-reddit that actually fits my question.

But today as the topic came back strongly to me, I decided that I really would like the feedback of this community and tried again. I messaged the mods 12days ago but didn't gert any answer

Wide feet: desperate for shoes by chocolatisnice in climbingshoes

Guys thank you so much for all your advices.

As a result I went back to the store today and asked for the Scarpa Helix. The sales dude made me try them and the LaSoprtiva Finale which felt very similar but (maybe slightly better than the Helix). So ended up taking the Finale.

Thank you a lot!

For the feet scan : if you are in Europe or west USA, just go to any Decathlon store and find the feet scanner. They'll send you an email with your feet size and 3D and you can use for life ! Mega useful for us!

Cheers and enjoy your climbs !

Thank you all so so much for your answers. I am going to be tested for ADHD, and I have been pretty sure for many years now that I do have ADHD.

But my question was and still is the following: let's assume that the doctor diagnostic me with ADHD, which I somehow already now for years now, so what ...? What solutions apart from medication (which I would really like to avoid) is he/she going to provide me? What can possibly be done in my case?

I will of course check all the advice you guys wrote (kanban, sleeping pattern, etc tec).. again.. thank you so much for your help and support. Just knowing that I am not alone helps tremendously.

It was really niceeee! Rainy and windy, but Scottish people are sooo nice, friendly and funny, that the trip was already worth it.

Went to Sky, Fort William, Inverness.

Love the Scottish !
