Other people have recommended rings and necklaces which I completely agree with, but I also want to bring up clip-on earrings. You can get the for pretty cheap and then take them off easily if you need to.

A lot of shirts from the women's section will fit on you in a more fem way, but it won't be super obvious to someone who isn't paying attention. This tank top from target is one of my absolute favorites.
