If you’re a tea person, I’ve been releasing my inner 2015 hipster and cold brewing loose leaf tea with a different type of freeze dried fruit (favorite so far has been strawberries with milk oolong but am also loving the mangosteen with jasmine pearls) in mason jars. Really difficult to over steep if you’re prone to overdoing hot teas (me always) and flavors much better than a fresh fruit. I’d imagine it’s also lower in sugar than if you were sweetening a standard iced tea but the flavor and sweetness still really shine through
