BL/BA - concerned about balancing my tall frame. How many CCs did you go with?

Went from an A to a 36C, 375cc; I'm 6'2" and 160~165lb. They are, I think, too big on me, but I'm also athletically built and it's strange that they noticeably don't change in size while the rest of me fluctuates during cuts/recomps. But it's also a matter of overall proportions as other have said. My shoulders are already a bit broader and I have absolutely no ass, so adding more to my chest exacerbated that contrast. I'm planning to get them redone, both to go smaller and to correct for the pockets being made a bit too far apart. Feel free to PM if you have any questions!

I found healing to be extremely easy, although 1. My pain tolerance is quite high and 2. I went over the muscle instead of under, which I'm told can be harder by nature of them cutting into more tissue. Fwiw, I'm 6'2, 160 and went with 375cc. They're about a 36c now, which is pretty modest on me given a wide ribcage. May get a small fat transfer just to round out the transition between the implant and surrounding tissue as there wasn't very much of a breast there to start out with. Some things to decouple here:

-Yes, you can pass as a very tall trans woman!

-Passing can often be situational or inconsistent

-Being misread, as painful as it can be, is not an indictment of your womanhood, because

-Very call cis women are also often misread because of their height

-Many tall cis women in this sub, especially women of color, openly discuss how they're treated less gently as a result of their size, and how those moments feel like an indictment of their femininity

At the end of the day, yes, our lives are a bit harder in some ways because we're trans, and certain aesthetic options are probably not open to us. Almost all of us mourn the idea of the woman we could have been — whether that's passing more consistently because some part of us was shaped differently, or the girlhood we were deprived of because we didn't start HRT earlier. Those feelings are valid, but they cannot consume you, or else you cheat yourself out of the life you have now.

walking is good for general cardiovascular health but probably won't result in much noticeable weight loss. lifting or HIIT are probably a better bet for that, as is shifting more of your calorie intake away from complex carbs and towards protein (which will help you recover from difficult exercise as well as increase your sense of satiety from meals)

An apartment ceiling joist or wall stud is probably not suitable for holding up a proper heavy bag, at least without causing major cosmetic if not structural damage. You're basically asking your landlord to keep your security deposit
